What does full-service property management cost?
Our management fees are transparent and competitive, with no hidden charges. After a free rental analysis of your property, we'll give you a clear breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.
How quickly can you fill a vacancy?
Most of our properties are leased within 19 days on average. We use professional marketing, wide listing syndication, and thorough tenant screening to place qualified tenants fast without sacrificing quality.
How do you screen tenants?
Every applicant goes through credit, background, income, and rental-history verification. Our goal is reliable, long-term tenants who pay on time and take care of your property.
How and when do I get paid?
Rent is collected online and disbursed to your bank account each month. You can view real-time income, expenses, and statements any time through your secure owner portal.
What areas of Northern Ohio do you serve?
We manage residential and commercial properties across Cleveland and the surrounding region, including Lakewood, Parma, Euclid, Shaker Heights, Elyria, Lorain, and more.
Do you handle maintenance and emergencies?
Yes. Tenant maintenance requests come to us — not to you — and our vetted local trades network responds 24/7. We handle the repair coordination and contractor oversight, and keep costs reasonable so your property stays in great shape.
How do you choose and manage contractors?
Vendor management is part of the service. Contractors register through our vendor network, and we match the right local trade to each job, oversee the work through completion, and hold it to our quality standards — you see the results in your owner portal.
Do I need to be local to work with you?
Not at all. Many of our owners are out-of-state or remote, and we handle the property care and upkeep on the ground. Our online owner portal and reporting keep you fully informed no matter where you are.
